Major Causes for High Blood Pressure – Major causes for high blood pressure are as varied as blood pressure reading can be. There are several reasons why we get in trouble with hypertension; one of the main reasons is that we fail to take care of ourselves the right way.
Since we were kids, we would eat anything and everything. It did not matter, if it looked good and smelled good, we were eating it. Sometimes it did not have to look good or smell good, and we would still eat it. However, that story is for another time.
As we got older, we continued to eat like that into our twenties and thirties. However, we just do not bounce back like we used to, and we start to feel a little different physically. We start to feel sluggish and fatigued.
By the time we have reached our forties and fifties if we are lucky. We start noticing that we cannot do the same things physically that we used to do. That does not seem too strange though that comes with age. However, when you are having trouble breathing and feeling dizzy, then you know something is wrong.
Remember how you worry so much over everything or you do not worry over everything, or you just have a few things that really bother you. Those things have caught up to you and now you are not only experiencing the emotional effects you are experiencing the physical damage done to your body by the stress.
Remember how your mother or Dad would complain about how they felt. Then if you think back, you can still hear stories about your grandmother or Grandfather or even that Aunt or Uncle having the same kind of problems, genetics.
I just gave you some examples of what causes high blood pressure, let us review. Your diet has caught up with you, and you decided not to change it. You now not only have high blood pressure, but you also have high cholesterol on top of it and highly likely are overweight.
Since you became a little older you decided because you felt a certain way, which is from the way you eat. That you cannot do the things you used to do, so you do not exercise anymore. Well, not exercising has now caused your blood pressure to skyrocket.
Remember how you like to worry about every slight problem you have. These problems have caused you stress, and stress can not only raise your blood pressure, but you can also get depression and other ailments that you do not want.
Now here is something that really no one can help. You know when you were younger, and you heard your parents complaining about it and even your grandparents.
That is right genetics. You cannot help of where you came from and who they came from and so on and so on.
There it is folks, the major reasons for high blood pressure. In proper diet, lack of exercise, stress, and genetics, the thing is, you can fix these problems. You may ask, what about genetics? Well just because your body was made a certain way does not mean you cannot change it.
So, no excuses, you know what you have done. Now you know what you must do to fix it.
